My Utah Vacation.(Part 1: The Journey)

Now that I have introduced myself, I believe I shall begin telling you about the vacation that I and the Mullens took to Utah this past summer! (2009)

We set out in the early morning, with the car packed full of our belongings.

I took my sword, just incase something should happen to the family. Like the Boy Scouts say, 'Be Prepared'!

I was rather thrilled to arrive at our hotel in El Paso and be able to rest.

But by the next morning, I was ready to keep moving along on our adventure!
Our next destination was Farmington, New Mexico! The scenery along the way was lovely, I must say.
When we arrived at our hotel, Mr. and Mrs. Mullen brought us delicious food from McDonald's! It was such a treat. I enjoyed a McNugget meal with some Sprite.
After dinner, we retired to the pool, where we had a lot of fun relaxing and swimming!

Coming up next: My Utah Vacation (Part 2: The Journey, continued.)

My apartment.

Hello, everyone!

I would like to share with you my apartment:

On the left, you see my kitchen/dining area. I've got a stove, and a table with two seats, and of course some utensils. (How else could I eat?)
On the right, I am making my bed. (Lindsey took this picture without my knowing, I suppose.)
And you can also see my small (soon to be expanded) living area in the back right corner.
I think the yellow wallpaper is rather classy. What about you?

Blogging. It sounded interesting.

Hello, everyone.
I am Frodo Baggins, a Playmobil Roman soldier. (Retired Roman military...if you would like to know, I was a chariot instructor.)
As you probably guessed, I greatly enjoy traveling!
I live in San Antonio, Texas with the Mullen family. They are so wonderful to me! I even get to make my home on a shelf in a nightstand in Lindsey's room! Very hospitable!
This last summer I traveled to Utah, Salt Lake City to be exact.
It was so much fun to learn about the history of the LDS Church. It's a shame we didn't have it around in my days, but it's wonderful that we now do. I might even recieve my own Book of Mormon for Christmas. I'm very excited to read about Nephi and all that. He sounds like a wonderful example for everyone!
I shall post information about that vacation soon, but I just wanted to introduce my blog.
Enjoy!
